1. Introduction

Welcome to NeuroNav: Sam ("we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (the "App"). This policy also covers our use of third-party services including Firebase for authentication, Google Gemini and OpenAI for generative AI features, and RevenueCat for managing subscriptions.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect via the App depends on the content and materials you use, and includes:

Personal Data

Personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, and basic profile information when you register for the App using Google Sign-In via Firebase. We only collect information that Google provides to us based on your Google account permissions.

Usage Data

Information about how you use the App, such as the features you use, the actions you take, tasks you create, notes you input, and your interaction patterns. This includes data related to your engagement with our AI-powered features.

Voice and Text Data for AI Features

When you use our voice-to-text or other AI-powered features, we collect the audio recordings and/or text you provide. This data is processed by third-party AI models (Google Gemini and/or OpenAI) to provide the requested service, such as transcription, summarization, or generating responses.

Subscription Information

If you subscribe to our premium features, we use RevenueCat to manage your subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect information necessary to process your subscription, such as subscription status, purchase history, and anonymized user identifiers. We do not directly collect or store your payment card details; this is handled by the respective app stores (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store) and processed by RevenueCat.
